The diagnostic imaging team works hand-in-hand with the the sugical team at the New York Center for Advanced Parathyroid Surgery.  This truly differentiates us as a center of excellence in parathyroid surgical care.  The ability to perform minimally invasive parathyroid surgery is enabled by the accurate localization of the parathyroid adenoma before surgery.  Although localizing a parathyroid adenoma may not always be possible, your chances of success are greater with an experienced team.
